Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2025  ·  MindGraph Academy  ·  United Kingdom

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MindGraph Academy website and participation in our programmes. By accessing this site or purchasing a programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About MindGraph Academy

MindGraph Academy is operated by Christopher Fredrick-Orumah, United Kingdom. Our programmes are educational and developmental in nature. They are not clinical therapy, counselling, or medical treatment of any kind.

2. Our programmes — what they are and are not

Important: MindGraph Academy programmes are applied psychology and personal development programmes. They are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment, therapy, counselling, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified clinician or call 116 123 (Samaritans, UK).

Our programmes are designed for adults who are psychologically stable and seeking structured personal and professional development. By enrolling, you confirm that you are not in acute mental health crisis and that you understand the developmental (non-clinical) nature of our work.

3. Enrolment and payment

Enrolment in the Cognitive Reset™ programme requires completion of a discovery call and confirmation from MindGraph Academy. We reserve the right to decline enrolment if we determine the programme is not appropriate for a prospective participant.

Payment is due in full (or in agreed instalments) before the programme begins. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

4. Refund policy

Before the programme begins: Full refund if requested more than 7 days before the programme start date. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the start date, except at our discretion.

After sessions 1–2: Full refund available if you decide the programme is not right for you after the first or second session. No questions asked. This is our genuine guarantee.

After session 3 or later: No refund is available. The programme is delivered live and is resource-intensive; we cannot recover costs from sessions already delivered.

To request a refund, contact hello@mindgraphacademy.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the MindGraph Framework™, articles, programme materials, the Cognitive Audit, and all supporting resources — is the intellectual property of MindGraph Academy and Christopher Fredrick-Orumah.

Programme materials provided to participants are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used to deliver competing programmes without explicit written consent.

6. Confidentiality

In group programme settings, participants are asked to maintain the same standard of confidentiality toward one another. MindGraph Academy cannot guarantee third-party compliance but will enforce confidentiality expectations as a condition of participation.

  • Treat fellow participants with respect and maintain group confidentiality
  • Take responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes — MindGraph Academy facilitates the process but cannot guarantee specific results
