Cognitive
Reset™
A MindGraph Academy Programme
"Applied psychology and cognitive restructuring for professionals who have outgrown surface-level self-development."
The tools that built your success
are no longer enough.
You have read the books. You have done the courses. You have optimised your morning routine, tracked your habits, hired the coach who told you to think bigger. And something is still not moving.
That is not a motivation problem. It is a structural one. The patterns holding you back are not at the surface level of behaviour — they are embedded in your cognitive architecture, your emotional wiring, your identity scripts, and the sociocultural systems you navigate every day. Surface-level interventions cannot reach them.
Cognitive Reset™ is built for this exact gap. Six weeks of structured psychological work — applied directly to your specific patterns, not generic principles.
The pattern
High achievement and persistent dissatisfaction coexisting without resolution. Knowing what needs to change but remaining structurally unable to change it.
The cause
The obstacle is never what it appears to be. Beneath every visible behaviour is a cognitive pattern, an identity script, or an emotional architecture that has not been examined.
What doesn't work
More motivation. Another framework. Accountability systems applied to unchanged underlying architecture. Treating symptoms without mapping the system.
What does
Structured psychological mapping. Understanding the system generating the pattern. Redesigning at the level of cognitive architecture — not just behaviour.
Built for ambitious adults
at a specific juncture.
Not for everyone. Deliberately. The Cognitive Reset™ is designed for a specific profile — and that specificity is what makes it effective.
The professional under pressure
30–55. High-functioning. Dealing with cognitive overload, attention fragmentation, or decision fatigue that rest and holidays aren't touching.
The founder in transition
Building something significant while navigating identity drift, meaning collapse, or the gap between external success and internal coherence.
The high achiever at a ceiling
The next level of growth clearly requires a different kind of thinking — but the exact nature of the change remains opaque. The tools that got you here won't get you there.
The intellectually serious
You have moved beyond generic self-help. You want psychological depth, applied frameworks, and a structured process — not motivational content.
This programme is not for
People in acute mental health crisis (please seek professional clinical support). Those looking for a quick motivational fix or immediate tactical tips. Anyone not prepared to examine uncomfortable patterns honestly. The Cognitive Reset™ is structured psychological work — it requires genuine willingness to look at how your mind is currently operating.
Six weeks.
Five layers. One complete restructure.
Each week applies one layer of the MindGraph Framework directly to your situation. We begin with a personalised Cognitive Map in session one — so every subsequent session is built on your specific architecture, not a generic template.
Foundation · All Layers
Your Cognitive Map
We build your personal Cognitive Map — a structured picture of how your mind is currently operating across all five layers. This becomes the reference point for every subsequent session. Nothing is assumed; everything is mapped from your actual situation.
Layer 01 · Cognitive Architecture
Rewiring How You Think
We examine your attention architecture, mental model inventory, and cognitive flexibility. Where are the bottlenecks? Which thinking patterns are limiting rather than serving? We build a specific intervention for your highest-friction cognitive pattern.
Layer 02 · Emotional Regulation
Your Emotional Architecture
We map your stress response system, identify suppressed or misdirected emotional patterns, and build a practical regulation framework specific to your professional and personal context. This is not emotional intelligence theory — it is applied psychological restructuring.
Layer 03 · Identity & Meaning
The Scripts Running Your Life
We surface and examine the identity scripts — often absorbed in childhood or early career — that are silently determining your decisions, relationships, and sense of self. This is the session most participants describe as the most revelatory. And the most uncomfortable.
Layers 04 & 05 · Sociocultural + Creative Intelligence
Systems, Constraints & Evolution
We examine the external systems shaping your behaviour — professional culture, technology, social expectations — and distinguish real constraints from assumed ones. We then map your adaptive capacity: where has experimentation stopped, and how do you begin again?
Integration · All Layers
Your Redesigned Architecture
We synthesise all five layers into a coherent personal framework — your Cognitive Architecture document. A practical, specific map of who you are now, what you are building toward, and the precise structural changes that will get you there. This document is yours permanently.
Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.
6 live group sessions — 90 minutes each
Weekly structured sessions with the full cohort (maximum 10 participants). Intimate enough for genuine depth, diverse enough for cross-pollination. Sessions run on a fixed day and time agreed with the cohort before the programme begins.
Your personalised Cognitive Map
Built in session one, refined throughout the programme. A structured written document mapping your current architecture across all five Framework layers. The single most valuable output of the programme — a reference point you will return to for years.
Implementation frameworks for each layer
Practical psychological frameworks and worksheets for each of the five layers — designed to be used between sessions and after the programme ends. Applied tools, not theoretical summaries.
Full session recordings
Every session recorded and shared with participants within 24 hours. Return to any session at any point — the recordings are yours permanently, not locked behind a subscription.
Direct access between sessions
Questions, reflections, and observations welcomed via email throughout the six weeks. Responses within 48 hours — so the work continues between sessions, not just during them.
Founding member status — permanent
As a founding cohort member you receive: priority and discounted access to all future MindGraph programmes; input into the programme's development; and the knowledge that your participation directly shapes what MindGraph becomes.
Not motivation.
Applied psychology.
MindGraph draws on applied psychology, behavioural science, identity theory, and systems thinking — not motivational speaking, not coaching platitudes, not the latest productivity trend. The intellectual foundations of the Cognitive Reset™ include the work of Viktor Frankl on meaning and identity, Daniel Kahneman on cognitive architecture and bias, Albert Bandura on self-efficacy and behavioural change, and Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi on optimal psychological functioning.
This is not name-dropping. It means the frameworks you will be handed are not invented for the programme — they are applied from a century of psychological research, translated into practical tools for modern professional life.
"The transformation that lasts is not the one that changes your behaviour. It is the one that changes the architecture generating your behaviour."
— MindGraph Academy
What distinguishes this programme from conventional coaching or self-development courses is the level at which the intervention operates. Most programmes work at the level of habit, mindset, or strategy. The Cognitive Reset™ works at the level of the cognitive and identity architecture that generates habits, mindsets, and strategies.
10 places.
A deliberate exchange.
The founding cohort model is a deliberate structure, not a marketing device. As a founding member you receive the programme at a significantly reduced rate. In return, you provide detailed feedback that shapes the programme for every cohort that follows.
This is not a beta test. The programme is fully formed. The founding rate reflects the genuine value of being a co-shaper of something at its beginning — and the commercial reality of launching without the testimonials that come from having already run it.

Full programme price after this cohort closes
Payment in full or in two instalments of £99 — both options available at checkout. No hidden costs.
The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call — not to sell you the programme, but to establish whether this is genuinely the right fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you.
The honest guarantee
If after the first two sessions you feel the programme is not right for you, we will refund your payment in full — no questions, no conditions. This is not a cooling-off clause designed to be difficult to use. It is a genuine commitment to the right fit over the sale.
Beyond two sessions, we cannot offer refunds — the programme is live and resource-intensive. But we do commit to working with you for the full six weeks to ensure you leave with a Cognitive Map and a set of frameworks that produce genuine insight, whatever the starting conditions.
The questions
worth asking.
How is this different from regular life coaching?
Life coaching typically works at the level of goals, accountability, and action plans. The Cognitive Reset™ works at the level of the cognitive architecture, identity scripts, and emotional patterns that determine whether those goals, plans, and actions ever produce lasting change. The difference is not one of intensity — it is one of depth. We are not working on what you do. We are working on the system that generates what you do.
Do I need any prior experience with psychology or self-development?
No. The programme is designed for people who are intellectually serious and genuinely ready for deep work — not for people with formal psychology backgrounds. Some of the most transformative participants are those encountering this depth of self-examination for the first time. What is required is not prior knowledge but genuine willingness to look honestly at how your mind is currently operating.
How much time does the programme require each week?
One 90-minute live session per week, plus approximately 30–60 minutes for the between-session reflection and framework exercises. The programme is designed for busy professionals — the between-session work is structured to be done in short, focused blocks rather than requiring sustained uninterrupted time. Total weekly commitment: 2–2.5 hours.
What happens in the discovery call — is it a sales call?
The discovery call is a genuine diagnostic conversation, not a sales call. We spend 30 minutes understanding your situation — what is not working, what you have already tried, and what kind of transformation you are looking for. At the end, we give you our honest assessment of whether the Cognitive Reset™ is the right fit. If it is not, we will say so and suggest alternatives. We would rather turn away the wrong person than fill a place with someone who will not benefit.
Is the programme run online or in-person?
The founding cohort runs online via video call. This allows participants across the UK — and internationally if appropriate — to participate without geographic constraint. All sessions are recorded. Future cohorts may include an optional in-person intensive day; this is under development and will be announced to founding members first.
Can my organisation pay for my place?
Yes. Many organisations fund personal development programmes of this nature, particularly under L&D or wellbeing budgets. We can provide an invoice in your organisation's name and a programme outline document suitable for an expenses or training budget request. Contact us directly after booking your discovery call to arrange this.
What if I cannot attend a session live?
All sessions are recorded and shared within 24 hours. Occasional non-attendance is accommodated. However, the live element is a significant part of the programme's value — the group dynamic and real-time exploration cannot be fully replicated through recording. We ask that participants attend a minimum of four of the six sessions live. If your schedule makes this consistently impossible, this cohort may not be the right timing — we would rather you wait for a cohort that fits your availability.
What happens after the programme ends?
You leave with your Cognitive Map, all session recordings, and the five implementation frameworks — yours permanently. Founding members receive an invitation to a one-month check-in call at no additional cost. Beyond that, MindGraph will continue to develop follow-on programmes (advanced cohort, 1:1 executive coaching, retreats) — all of which will be offered to founding members at priority access and discounted rates.
